September 2026
September 15th – 18th, The Virginia Hazmat Conference 2026 will take place at the Founder’s Inn at Virginia Beach. Hazmat responders from across the country are invited to gather for three days of hands-on training and networking. The event also features pre-conference workshops, classroom instruction, and a dedicated exhibit hall. Attendees will have opportunities to explore emerging response technologies, strengthen command and decision-making skills, and learn practical strategies for handling complex hazardous materials incidents.

October 22nd – 25th, Hotzone 2026 will be held at at the Wyndham Houston near NRG (previously the Crowne Plaza). the goal of the Hotzone Conference is to train and equip local, state, and federal responders for safe, coordinated, and efficient response to releases of hazardous materials that threaten public health and the environment.

February 11th – 13th, 2025 New York State Emergency Management Association (NYSEMA) Conference. The 2025 conference will be held at the Embassy Suites at Destiny USA, Syracuse, NY.
March 2025
March 25th – 27th, 2025 New England Hazmat Conference (formerly the MAHMT Conference) will be held at Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA. The purpose of the MAHMT is to enhance professionalism and quality of services to the persons and organizations charged with the emergency handling of hazardous materials in their efforts to protect and insure the safety of life, the environment and property.
April 2025
April 7th – 11th, The 25th Annual New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Conference, for the 26th anniversary over 1,500 attendees are expected over five days of training, breakouts, and special events with over 75 vendors exhibiting. April 21st – 24th, The mission of the National Radiological Emergency Preparedness Conference (NREP), conference is to provide a professional forum for individuals to gather in the spirit of continuous self improvement to share program experiences, develop solutions to common challenges, and create innovative planning, exercising and training methodologies. August 21st – 24th, The 33rd Annual PA Hazmat Training & Education Conference is being held at the Seven Springs Resort, Champion PA. The conference will be offering different training tracks (Radiological, Transportation, General, and Vendor). You may attend multiple tracks or stick to one topic, it’s your choice.
