Thermo RadEye PRD Personal Radiation Detector
LAURUS Systems features the Thermo RadEye PRD Personal Radiation Detector family of radiation instruments. These pager sized instruments are developed and built for all types of radiation detection and measurement. With the Thermo Scientific RadEye Product Family, LAURUS can offer a wide range of advanced handheld instruments for radiation detection, contamination monitoring, dose rate measurements and area monitoring. The RadEye instruments are for security, hazmat and all first responders. The characteristic features of this versatile pocket meter are the small size, the ease and flexibility of operation and superior measurement performance. The RadEye uses sophisticated low power technology and fully automated self-diagnostics to minimize required maintenance. All essential functions are easily accessed even while wearing protective gloves. The top-mounted alarm-LED can be seen while the instrument is worn in a belt-holster. A built-in vibrator and an earphone-output provide silent alarming or use in very noisy environment.
